The electrical connector for the transport device of the press machine was originally designed for automatic connection, but it was a push-type connection. However, due to severe vibrations, contact failures occurred, causing the line to stop, which was problematic. The coupling was very fragile and needed to be replaced frequently. Therefore, we introduced a combined electrical and air connector, and by adding a guide, we were able to correct misalignment and prevent damage during attachment and detachment.
